What do your successes look like? 
Feeling accomplished having wrangled eight years of dispersed notes, about my " 20 year plan" into the proper folder. 
it was not my intention to take on a 20-year plan... the planet self unfolded over a number of years... pieces of it dropping into my consciousness across time... eventually the pieces came together as a plan. initially I thought I would be able to execute the plan in a month... then I realized how much there was to do. 
Even with a complete set of plans, life throws serious challenges at us... which can blow us off course for a bit. 
Brian Fawcett once said to me he felt, in so many words..."the greatest success for an artist, is the leisure to produce".
